SWS Inc. has been a domestic low cost provider of cable assemblies for generations. This wealth of experience is noted by the diversity of products we offer in both low volume / high mix family of products as well as higher volume cables. SWS Inc. is experienced in producing both low and high complexity products.
Wire Harness Assembly
SWS Inc. builds everything from simple lighting harnesses to large assemblies for aircraft and transit cars that have hundreds of circuits. All harnesses, simple or complex, are built to exact customer specifications. In house quality assurance includes; in-line process checks, 100% final continuity test, and visual inspection to verify customer compliance. When needed, test printout data is provided using Cirris test equipment, or to customer test specifications.
Molded Cable
SWS Inc. is easily your one-stop source for custom molded cables. We do not produced standard molded cables that one can order directly out of a catalog. However, if you have an application that requires a unique or complex molded cable, we may have the solution for you. SWS Inc. builds custom molded cable assemblies for commercial, medical and military applications. Our in-house design capability and mold making equipment can accommodate low to high volume orders of UL and CSA certified assemblies.
Ribbon Cable
SWS Inc. can build ribbon cable assemblies from .05 spacing up to 100 conductors. Cables and Harnesses can be assembled using standard insulation displacement connectors or terminated with other types of connectors specifically designed for flat ribbon. Slitting, bonding, folding, shielding, and marking of flat ribbon cables is also available. As with all the products SWS Inc. produces, product reliability is assured by 100% testing to customer specifications guaranteeing zero defects and superior customer satisfaction.

Wire Processing
Whatever you need to be done with wire, SWS Inc. does it; cutting, stripping, terminating, and kitting. We can mark wire using hot-stamp, tags, bands, and high-volume ink-jet printing. We can process tens of thousands of feet of wire per day.

Our 36,000 square foot secure facility includes a recently added two bay loading dock/distribution area with plenty of space for your consigned material. Shrink Wrap
Our high speed shrink wrap lines can package product of almost any size in single or collated units utilizing premium shrink wrap film. We have packaged millions of retail & consumer packages with each piece being individually inspected as it comes off the line. Whether you are looking to offload just a few units or even thousands per day, you can count on SWS Inc..
Mail Preparation
SWS Inc. can fulfill all of your mailing needs, including collating and insertion, poly bagging and heat sealing, address labeling and envelope sealing, and postage metering. Services include first class, presorted rates, bulk mail and UPS. We sort, prepare and deliver daily to the local post office, which is just one block from our facility.
Hand Assembly
We can assemble a wide range of product and components from small quantities to hundreds of thousands. With flexible production areas, we can meet your requirements on-time and quickly respond to changes in demand.
Sorting and Recycling
SWS Inc. has years of experience sorting and recycling product including paper, metals, and plastics. We work to the customer’s exact specifications and have arrangements in place to ship directly to a local recycling corporation. SWS Inc. can also handle sensitive and confidential material.
Re-Jacketing and Labeling
From placing one or more stickers, to re-jacketing, to sorting and cleaning, SWS Inc. processed over a half million books for book manufacturers and distributors in 2007 alone. Much of this work was quick turn orders being completed and returned to the customer in just a few days or less.
Collating and Kitting
SWS Inc. has a flexible and dedicated workforce in place, to perform all of your mass production needs in any quantity. Some of the products we collate, assemble, and package include gift baskets and box sets, bonus packs, poster tubes, box assemblies, books and publications, ink jet paper packages, and CD/DVD’s.
